"Summer Celebration is a wonderful event for our neighborhood. The food is good and I need it, but the smiles of the people are even better - I haven't been getting many of them lately." Those words were spoken by one of the people who attended last year's Summer Celebration.
Come, be part of the spirit. Bring your smile and join your neighbors in fellowship. Free! Free! Free! Food, entertainment , pony rides, and other children's activities are just part of this neighborhood happening. Many Phillips neighborhood partners will also be represented at this event.
